Shipping:

We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. The orders usually are dispatched within 48 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately. The shipping usually takes around 5-8 working days for door to door delivery.

International shipping is handled by International Express Mail Service Company ,within 6-9 business days delivery usually. All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the Express Mail Service website.

After placing orders,please email us get the tracking number,and you also can track your order online.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unuesd and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the road, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 30 days.

Return & Replace Policy

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you need’nt to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.

In the occasional event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned unuesd and contain all the original packaging and labels. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your full payment.

Repair

In 1 year (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and repaired. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will repair it and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the repaired products that we ship to you. Or you can also find your local repairing place nearby and fix the faulty items, then a copy of the receipt for repairing cost is requested to send to us and we will pay the cost after check it. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage through the faulty item pictures you send to us. The repairing cost should not be reimbursed by us if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)

Insurance

You don’t need to pay extra money for the insurance. The shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible the loss.

Replacement

Non-quality Problems

In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer,the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

Quality Problems

Return and partial refund

Our website cannot give a partial refund for non-quality problems such as:

  • The product does not look like the ones in your picture.
  • The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
  • I am not satisfied with this product.

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount(its deducted by the bank) and give you a partial refund.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand. Thank you.
